Attending the weekly classes of Tai Chi is something I look forward to. The atmosphere is always welcoming and our teacher Kheng, always makes sure we enjoy ourselves whilst learning the different movements. I have found that I have much better balance, my breathing has improved and I no longer rely on Chiropractic treatments to keep my back pain free. I have found the classes to be a most rewarding experience.
