Increase your strength and energy levels, improve your balance and flexibility and increase bone density. An exercise program which uses small hand and leg weights to in help in areas such as osteoporosis, blood pressure, diabetes, depression and preventing falls.All ages welcome! Pay casually or by the term.

Start: Mon: 9/10 to 11/12 9 wks
9:00 -10:15am (no class 6/11)
or
Thurs 12/10 to 14/12 10 wks
9:00 – 10:15am
or
10:30 -11:30am
Cost: $8 per class
